Percentage of diabetic CKD patients receiving medical evaluation & treatment / general Medicare patients & MCBS respondents, age 65 & older

Evaluation: general Medicare patients diagnosed with CKD & diabetes in each year, age 65 & older at the beginning of each year, alive & continuously enrolled in Medicare inpatient/outpatient & physician/supplier program through the whole year. Patients enrolled in an HMO or diagnosed with ESRD are excluded. Testing checked in each year. Treatment: Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey (MCBS) community dwelling respondents with CKD & diabetes, age 65 & older.
