Atlas is currently available for viewing and downloading.
The ADR chapters are in Adobe
AcrobatT, you will need the Acrobat reader to view the document. Click

Notice:
On a typical 56K modem connection, the average download time is
about 20 minutes for a 6 MB file. Some chapters in the Atlas
are very large and therefore may take considerable amount of time
to view or download. Hence, these chapters were broken up into smaller
sections for faster access time. Click on chapter title or individual
section number to view full or specific section within each chapter.
If you choose to download the document, click below the title, save
it to your hard drive. Then double click that file and it will self
extract the file and place it in a folder called USRDS.
