2002 ADR/Reference Tables
The 2002 USRDS Annual Data Report (ADR) Reference Tables are currently available for viewing and downloading. These tables are in Adobe AcrobatT , you will need the Acrobat reader to view the document. Click on chapter title to view the tables of each chapter. The Excel files, below each chapter, contain the data tables for downloading. Click here for information to order the printed ADR and CD. Supplement Tables: The supplement tables mentioned in the ADR reference sections are in the corresponding Excel file available for download below each section. If you choose to download the document, click below the title, save it to your hard drive. Then double click that file and it will self extract the file and place it in a folder called USRDS. Transplantation: Outcomes Click here to download Excel File ( 140 KB ) Note: The USRDS was contacted by a number of individuals about potential errors in the 2002 ADR tables G.3 through G.6, and has traced these errors to the presence of erroneous graft failure dates present in the CMS data files. These errors primarily affect data on patients who received transplants in 1995 and 1999. The USRDS Coordinating Center has notified CMS of the problems, made corrections to the dates in the USRDS database, and updated Tables G.3-6 on the USRDS website with the corrected graft survival probabilities. We thank the individuals who noticed the errors, along with all who use USRDS data, for their input in assuring that the information is as accurate as possible. H.
