The 2002 USRDS Annual Data Report (ADR) Medicare Only Reference Tables are currently available for viewing.  These tables are in Adobe Acrobat™ , you will need the Acrobat reader to view the document.  Click on chapter title to view the tables of each chapter.  To save the document for future reference, click the Save As button in the Acrobat reader.

The patients included in these tables are all ESRD beneficiaries who were Medicare Entitled at the time of ESRD Initiation for Incident Cohort and at December 31 for Point Prevalent Cohort. In other words, these patients could be Medicare Primary, MSP (Medicare as Secondary Payor), or MCO (Managed Care Organizations).
