The Control Panel manages all
the layers available to the user for viewing.
Using
our current example, the Control Panel offers four data layers
(click to see),
various
boundary and point layers for enhancing the look of your map,
and
the
"Quick View" option for zooming to a specific region
of the country.
Selecting
a Quick View option will automatically redraw the Map Window,
but
after
making your selections under the Map Options the user must
click
the "Redraw Map" button to submit the new selections.
